Today, I'll bring to you a brief tutorial on how the superhero powers are earned by custom characters in LEGO Marvel Super Heroes.
These rules apply to the first ten Custom Players you can build (Player A to Player J) in the Medical Bay aboard the S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier.
1) Letters with Superhero Powers:

2) Codes and Rules:
a) Codes are case sensitive.
b) Slot 11 is unused.
c) You can only have two superhero powers at once.
d) Slot 1 superhero power can be combined with another superhero power from Slots 2, 3 or 4. Exceptions are Red Skull's Gun (L), Punisher's Machine Gun (R) and Agent Coulson's Destroyer Gun (S), which don't work with some Faces (Slot 3).
e) Superpowers from Slots 2, 3 and 4 cannot combine each other. If you choose two of these superpowers, the one in the first slot has the priority and will override the others (i.e. Slot 2 > Slot 3 > Slot 4).
f) Slots 4, 6 and 10 has more than 42 styles available, but they appear as the letter z. Therefore, if you use this letter, make sure you've selected the right outfit by changing it using its own menu. I use a number inside brackets "z( )" to indicate the right selection.
g) Magneto Helmet (Slot 2: B) works only for a while and will always disappear after reloading the game. If you want this superpower to be active, you must use Slot 4: J.
h) Custom Players F, I and J cannot change Slot 2 and therefore cannot select any Helmet. Custom Player H cannot change Slot 3 and therefore cannot select any Hair style.
i) With Custom Players F, H, I and J, sometimes, after loading the game, the left arm doesn't show up. To bring the left arm back, give another letter to Slot 2. If it doesn't work, use the shuffle to rebuild your custom hero or use another Custom Player.
